Sean Neel and Chad King won the Wingate Open with 21.34 lbs. of Bass and they had Big Fish with a 6.52 lbs. Bass. Most of the boats limited out with 5 fish limits, the winning stringer was caught on Rattle Traps and Sinkos in very muddy water.

Chris Neely of the Hydrilla Gnats won the Georgia Division of the BASS Federation Nation at Lake Gaston, NC. Nic Jeter placed 2nd in the Junior Division.

Stan McCullen won the Lake Talquin open Saterday with 9 1/4, Paul Pickles had 8 lbs. and Big Fish, a 6.36. Fishing was tough all over this weekend.

We have seen lots of fish taken this week, there was a lot of Crappie taken and a whole lot of Catfish. One boat put in at Chattahoochee Park and took some dandy Channel Cats. They bit Wigglers.

We this week are under the influence of a flood on the Flint, Spring Creek, Chattahoochee, Choctohatchee and Suwanee Rivers. Some folks who live on Lake Talquin and never got a bite on Saterday.
