Seminole Ramlin's September 23, 2007 For those of you who like to keep up with Pam Martin-Wells, she finished in 4th place in Baton Rouge Red River Event and she is 2 points from being Angler of the Year. What a great comeback for Bass. Mr. W.C. Johnson landed a 7.5 pounder fishen with Tommy T. from Bainbridge. Mike Prindle went fishen with Gizmo Roton and caught a bunch of nice Bass on Spro Frogs late Saturday afternoon. He caught so many fish he come in the restaurant just a grinnin from ear to ear. David Mock, using Horny Toads early & Watermellon Paddle Tails late had best 5 at 18 lbs. & Big Fish about 8 lbs. The Quincy Bass Club fished out of Red Day Landing on the lower AppalacheecolaRiver with good results. Bream and Catfish keep coming to the dock in ever increasing numbers. Big Channels and Blues mixed. The Fly Fishen was good in sheltered waters as the wind blue most of the day. Just a random thought about ColumbiaUniversity. The President has got to be a nut, if I had a child in that school Id bring that child home & put them in UGA or GA Tech where they wood be close to home town folks. Now, everyone should read the Paul Harvey rest of the story. Very, very interesting. He used it in a recent broadcast. One never knows what goes on until one keeps up with todays events. The Florida six man team coming up out of Sneeds Landing has a lot of folks scratching their heads and wondering where the Bass has gone. The Pearson brothers had a bad day Sunday, they are from Columbus, GA.Tallahassee folks are looking sad with long faces too.
