Seminole Ramlin's May 27, 2007 Abe Lincoln sed it, any Congressman who in time of war who goes forth among the enemy to undermind the morale of the soldiers should be sought out, deported or hanged!!! Congressman or Congresswoman in our case today. May Flies are out in most any direction you go, Fly Fishen works real good, pitchen Crickets will do fine for a good mess of Bream and Shellcrackers. Miss Anna Beth Goodman took a whopping Big Cracker that is to be mounted. Her singing will most likely git better, if that’s possible. Tis my prodiction according to the signs that I’m seeing, a hurricane will be here within 20 days of today (Sunday). All week long, limit catches of Specks “Crappie” was made on Jigs and Minnows. Some of the finest you have ever seen come out of this Lake. The Bass came in most every day on Top Water & Plastic. Very few came in over 4 ½ lbs. One boat had 25 lbs. of Bass by noon, Buzz Baits and Spinners. Catfish showed up good for those that tried, Logue and Robinson had 25 lbs. of Catfish by noon on Monday. Great numbers of 10 inch Catfish came in several days as the wind would let the fisherman fish.
Billy Roton of Recovery, GA who caught this nice Bass on Friday night
