Seminole Ramlin's

May 7, 2006

We had a great week on Bream from a great many directions. A great catch of Bream came from up river above Bainbridge on Crickets and lower down river near Faceville landing another big catch came on crickets. 2 limits in fact, then usin Beetle Spins on Kirklands Creek another enormous catch of Bream came to the dock. Then Mrs. Betty Hobbs brought in 12 dinner plate sized from a “hideaway hole” she calls it.

We have also had at least 8 limits of Perch taken on Beetle Spins this week. Some were big and some hand size. The color of the Beetle Spin is Yellow on Black. A truly nice color for Seminole, Flint Fork of course.

Pam Martin-Wells made a cast with her favorite lure and came up with a 3 ½ lb. Bass and a 4 lb. Bass on the same lure and Steven was able to net them both before they tore off.

We have pics of the McIntosh Brothers, Brad & Tyler of Chattahoochee with a couple of whoppers. One at 8 ¼ lb. and one at 5 lb. Good to see brothers fishen together.

Steve Meadows won the 5 Flags Pensacola Saterday Fish Out out of Wingates. Bill Myreck had Big Fish with 6.5 lb., Charles Floyd had the Sunday with 6.8 lb. Their Big Fish was a 3.7 lb. Not the best, but the water levels keep changing.

Mrs. Betty Hobbs of Recovery, GA with some nice big Bream she caught in her “Hideaway Hole”.
