Thanksgiving Day is over and if all had their bellies filled as I did, strech mark belly balm will sell real good for a while. I was real thankful for the many blessings that we have in our nation, the only nation on earth, where obesity is a problem, that’s a tip of the hat to the American Farmer.

For the people who didn’t get to the Climax Chittlin Strut missed out. Them folks did have some fine bowels. I et one bout 24 inches long with all the relish and gusto I had.

The short duck season was a good one for those who went in most cases. Many limits were killed.

Mr. Bob Kenny of Hahira, Ga. landed a 5.7 oz. bass this weekend. The Colana twins from Tallahassee landed several with one at 5 pounds. A tourement was helt on the lake, the winners were flippen and landed 27 pounds of fish in 5 fish.

We now look at the perch fishen; those that are butchering their perch make these statements. The row are about half and half emature male and female eggs and those that are catching the late evening fishen are reporting that their bellies are full of fresh water shrimp. That explains why so many perch are out there suspended over deep water and won’t bite. At this time they are simply eating shrimp that are so plentiful.

Lots of folks out fishen for the weekend, so was the deer hunting and duck hunting. A few squirrel hunters were at it also. It’s good to see young people getting hooked on fishen and hunting.
