Seminole Ramlin's November 21, 2004 Sadam Hussain should have read up on his Islamic Bible the Koran, he mite would have changed his mind as to the dates 9-11. It says a son of Arabi will wake a sleeping eagle while some cringed in fear, others rejoiced as the eagle cleansed the land and there was peace in the land. Since America has long had the eagle as it’s symble, it could just be that we are the cleaning force for peace. Now that France is all full of insurgance, militants and ultra left wingers, Gen. Patton once sed, he would rather have the whole Panzer Corp. spread out in front of him than to have the French Army behind him. I rang the Salvation Army bell for 2 hours Friday afternoon and what a great giving mood the people were in. The only thing that America is, is a giving nation. We had lunch with the Native Americans north of Cottonwood, Fla. at the museum of Native America and Civil War Relics. Some 65 were there in a pouring down rain. I was pleased and honored to be there. Very noble people. The Bass Fishen has been slow for the most part, however, the Edisen Flash came by with the good news that he had just caught a big stringer on a Rattle Trap up the Hootche. The Perch is slow for the most part, there is bright spots in the picture such as Mr. Barfield having a 5 gallon bucket full of slabs so big they all had to be filleted. Then Russ Rodgers came in with a cooler full. Then Richard Predmore had a 3 lbs. Speck his a Spinner Bait Sunday. The Ducks opening day is the worst in a long time here on the lake. I did not hear a single duck shot at the legal shooting hour. The most welcome rain measured 2 full inches on Sunday morning. We still have a great lake full of fish. Come and see.
